Loved the pierogis. Got a lunch platter and took some home, made fresh then frozen. Definitely the best pierogi place around.
Update: 3 years later still love this place. Still love their pierogis. Their lunch platter of kielbasa and 6 pierogis is enough food to feed a small polish army. So good. -

Wow - these are the best pierogies I have ever had! They're tender and full of deliciousness! I tried the regular potato and onion, and they were light and creamy - and the outside was not too thin - not too thick. I also tried the mushroom and sauerkraut. Yeah, I know, mushroom and sauerkraut - sounds like a weird combination. Don't knock it until you've tried it. I liked these even better than the potato and onion. I got them pan-fried - and I would highly suggest always doing the pan-fried option ($1 extra for 6 pierogies if you want them pan fried after they are boiled).
There were lots of other great things in the shop, but since it was only me - I could only try so much this time. I guess I will just have to come back again :)
Oh, and I couldn't resist getting a dozen of those two flavors to bring home to freeze!
This little storefront on busy Route 46 is not to be missed. Too bad they aren't open on Sundays - that's the day I am normally up that way. But this place is definitely worth going out of your way. Have lunch there, and bring a cooler so you can get some pre-packaged pierogies to go :) -

Wow! Had lunch here with a buddy and the Pierogi were outstanding. I also bought some to go! So the place is not very big and there was about 5 tables. So you can order in sets of 6 or more. They have a couple sampler orders of 6. I didn't realize that until after I ordered. But what I got was delicious anyway. I did 6 buffalo chicken and 6 pulled pork! The Pierogi came out fast, hot and swimming in butter! They are served boiled and fried will cost you $1.00. I will say these were gone in a flash! The buffalo chicken were not too spicy and the pulled pork was fantastic! I have also had their standard potato, but the potato and bacon is my kids favorite! There is also a variety of other police foods like kielbasa, borscht, and sour kraut!

Thank you again Yelp. Although there are not that many reviews, Rosa has fours and fives. I was looking for a place to get really fine pre-made pierogi to then cook at home.
I have driven past this place for years. Who knew to stop and buy?
$7 for a bag of pierogi. Lots of choices. Again based on Yelp, chose mushroom with sauerkraut and potato with onions. And like another Yelper wrote, the mushroom sauerkraut one may sound odd, but is really tasty. We pan fried with a little olive oil and butter, then served with dollops of Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Absolutely delicious.
It is a little hole in the wall gem. You can eat there too. They also sell borscht, kielbasa sausage, baked goods.
Daytime hours only, I think.
Will return to try more Polish kitchen flavors. -

This is a great food find. You can order pierogis nd kielbasa and eat at the tables there or take it to go. They have a fridge full of store made Pierogis and lots of polish specialties. It's worth a detour to get here.
